Peter Willett
Director, B.Arch (Hons) USYD | 12 years 4 months
Peter established PWA in 1992, after gaining a broad range of architectural experience both in Australia and internationally. While with the Sydney based MSJ Group, he was involved in the development of the design of Darling Harbour. He then went on to coordinate the concept design for the redevelopment of Homebush Bay, which was used in the winning bid for the Sydney Olympics. Following this, Peter spent a period of time overseas and while working in Basel and Zurich, he was exposed to the rigors and quality of Swiss residential design. This experience proved to be one of the influences in the establishment of PWA.
Peter oversees all projects from concept design to completion. He reinforces that each project is a team effort, and encourages the whole office to be focused on achieving the best results for each of our clients through collaboration and discussion.

She has primary responsibility for the detailed design, documentation and contract administration of projects, and has a strong ability to effectively coordinate various consultants and tasks.
Cindy’s personal interest is in the fine arts, especially painting. Her strong sense of colour, material and texture has proven invaluable in developing the firm's interior designs, particularly built in-furniture, colour schemes and interior finishes selection.
